Donington Park British GT 2024 Results
Donington Park British GT yielded a very disappointing result for Ian Duggan and the Mahiki Race Team. Qualifying was hampered by car issues leaving the Lotus with a noticeable lack of power. This meant Gordie and Ian both delivered poor qualifying times and put them at the back of the grid
The start of the race went well, with climbing 5 places within the first 4 laps.
Unfortunately, this wouldn’t last. The race ended abruptly for Ian and the team when a ‘racing incident’ with another competitor ruined any chances of continuing.
This has massively affected Mahiki Race Teams chances of getting 3rd in the Pro/Am championship.
The team is now looking forward with confidence to the final race at Brands Hatch. Lets hope we can see their real potential.
